Incoming phone calls reach you directly wherever you are. Technos can transfer your calls to your location in Spain, to your hotel room in California, or to your mobile. Alternatively, we can transfer the call to a secretary service that answers with your name. 

How does it work? 

The Virtual Office service is very simple. You can identify if an incoming call is intended for your “office” and answer it with your company name.  It keeps your private and business calls separate. You no longer need a secreatry and will save money on your phone bill.  You actually don’t really need an office anymore.  And your clients?  They think you’re in the office, open for business.  And they get you always on the line directly.  Calling a local Dutch land line makes it easier for a potential client to make that call.  And it helps to build trust.

The set-up cost per company (unlimited numbers) € 100,-
Monthly fee per number:  € 8,-
Calls to a landline in The Netherlands: €  0,028,- per/min.

Set-up and activation takes up to two weeks.  You may change your actual given location twice a month free of charge. Phone calls can be routed to wherever you are worldwide. Changes are to be comunicated on workdays a day in advance.
