Teleconferencing is an effective way of communication and it saves you time and money. Our teleconference service is simple to use and low in price. Only 6 cent/min/participant. After your registration you receive from us: - Your teleconference number. This is the telephone number of our switch in Amsterdam. You give this number to the participants of your conference calls.
- Room password. This is a 4 digit number code that you also give to the participants.
- Your personal code. With this code you can activate and terminate conference calls. Only you use this code.
To initiate a conference call:
1. Inform the participants of the time of the meeting, telephone number and room password. 2. Several minutes before the start of the meeting, log on to the web site designated to you by Technos.
3. Open the room to allow participants to dial in by changing the MeetMe status to "enable" and click "Apply". 4. Change the room's default password to the password of choice (same password you informed to the participants in step 1), and click “Apply”. 5. At the given time, the participants dial the room number, type the room password and join the meeting. 6. At the end of the meeting, change the MeetMe status to “disable” and click “Apply”, in order to prevent the usage of the MeetMe room.
